Thinking About Therapy

Think about what it is you want to change: therapy is dynamic and you have the opportunity to change how you are with yourself and with others.  It’s exciting but you do need to be prepared to invest some time and money in order to do this.  I can offer brief or longer term working.

Sometimes people come to therapy with really clear ideas about what they want from it and sometimes what they want emerges in therapy.
